Another Nuclear Power?? I'm beginning to think the UN is just as ineffective as the League of Nations... NK has gone against UN sanctions consistently, and no action has been taken.. thoughts?

NK has always done stuff and taken diplomatic incidents to the edge, I think, in order to get money and aid from the UN to not do anything. It proves ineffective. I'm not sold on the idea of denying any power nuclear armament, only on the basis of "what gives us the right to tell others". HOWEVER, I think NK and others should not have them b/c they don't have enough control or wisdom on how to use/not use them.
